Larry Lakes
Larry Lakes serves as executive director of Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Santa Rosa. Previously, Mr. Lakes led a regional NGO, a nonprofit social services and community economic development corporation in Northern California. Mr. Lakes has earned BBA and MBA degrees. He has extensive experience in business enterprise and improvement including: Johnson & Johnson Hospital products, CEO experience in insurance, hospital and physician companies, including considerable service to hospitality industry development. Larry has also worked with complex nonprofit corporations as well as, his years as a COO of a leading international computer and records service company. Larry Lakes is a strong advocate for employee empowerment and communication in organizations. His capacious business and operations experience, combined with his strategic planning and management success, led to numerous speaking and training roles in forums across the USA. He is also a former advisory committee member with a national distribution and logistics group.
